We are seeking a Junior Product Specialist to join our team and assist with the increasing volume of work. The ideal candidate will have a legal background with an interest in technology and be confident in presenting to clients.

Please note, we\’re open to considering applications for our Cardiff, Manchester or London offices.

Key responsibilities

Product Onboarding Support:

  • Provide demos of technology solutions to prospective clients.
  • Set up and configure technology solutions for new clients.
  • Ensure clients are fully onboarded and comfortable using technology solutions.

Document Automation:

  • Assist with ongoing internal and client facing document automation projects using our Patternbuilder technology.
  • Support additional projects in the pipeline.
  • Leverage AI within automations to ensure a speedier end result.
  • Design, Set-up and Maintain client portals in MS Sharepoint and HighQ for various projects.
  • Ensure sites are optimised for user experience and functionality.
  • Create and manage SharePoint sites for team collaboration and document sharing.
  • Ensure sites are secure and accessible to relevant team members.

Legal Ops Technology Support:

  • Provide technology support to our Legal Operations service line.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Operations team to implement new tech solutions for clients.

Maintenance of the product team ticketing queue:

  • Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner.

Collaboration with the:

  • Other internal business services functions (e.g. product team, practice improvement, legal operations).
  • Lawyers from across our business.
  • Clients and prospective clients.

You will have a professional manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have previous experience working within an office. You’ll have a flexible nature and will enjoy working within a fast-paced team, and will be highly organised. You’ll also possess strong numeracy and attention to detail skills, which will be key within this role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about being a team player, who is keen to support others.

Education and Experience

  • Recent University Graduate with an interest in legal or legal technology or working in a Paralegal position.
  • Strong interest in Technology.
  • Strong presentation skills – confident in presenting demos and explaining tech solutions to clients with a user-based lens.
  • While no prior experience is required, a keen interest in gaining legal tech experience is essential.
