We are looking for an Account Executive to support our new global employment law platform Delphius. This new product supports Lewis Silkin’s ambitions of becoming the leading technology-enabled law firm by delivering a world-class set of digital products. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the client life cycle and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the client onboarding and setup process, including demos/welcome calls as required.
  • Overseeing and moving clients through the pipeline from lead to contract signing.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships in partnership with client partner and teams.
  • Measuring and reporting on client satisfaction and feedback, liaising with client partners about individual relationships as needed.
  • Tracking pipeline and activity to our CRM system.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders including international law firm partners.
  • Support the Delphius team and broader Practice Group to develop new business with existing and new clients, and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast, track and analyse key account metrics (e.g. quarterly objectives, sales figures, renewal stats).
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Work with the product and leadership teams to identify new development needs and content gaps based on feedback from clients or external stakeholders, and/or account metrics and analysis (sales/renewal stats, usage, user journeys etc).
  • Create pitch and renewal presentations and basic credentials.

About you

You will have a professional manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have previous experience working within a product orientated organisation. You'll have an organised and flexible nature and will enjoy working within a fast-paced team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about being a team player, who is keen to support others, and with a "can-do" attitude.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Client Success Executive, or relevant role.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management priorities at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
