A Law firm in London is looking for a Learning & Development Manager.
The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for leading all Learning and Development activities, managing and coaching the Learning and Development Coordinator, and ensuring that the Learning and Development provision is effective and positively impacts the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design and delivery of in-house training.
- Source & manage appropriate external training providers.
- Work with the HR Business Partners and Heads of Departments to identify talent within the business and help nurture that potential.
- Manage the Performance Development Review & 360 review processes.
- Manage the LMS system.
- Manage and mentor the L&D Coordinator.
- Work with the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion team to develop training to support Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure all Learning and Development activities are in line with the firm’s ED&I strategy.
The role would suit someone with Learning and Development experience, who has worked in organizations that have required a diverse portfolio of training and have had high standards in performance review processes. In addition, the role would suit those looking to take a more active role in L&D content creation and delivery.
The successful individual will have the opportunity to influence and shape the entire Learning and Development function, while receiving operational support from the Learning and Development Coordinator and broader assistance from a collaborative HR team and the Head of Talent.
The firm offers agile working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
