Senior Solicitors – Employment, Immigration & Company Commercial Law\\n\\n8+ Years PQE | Remote Working | Employed or Consultancy Options\\n\\nOur client, a well-established and forward-thinking law firm, is looking to recruit\\n \\n senior solicitors with 8+ years’ PQE\\n \\n to join its growing practice areas. These opportunities are available on either an\\n \\n employed\\n \\n or\\n \\n consultancy\\n \\n basis and offer the flexibility of\\n \\n remote working\\n \\n .\\n\\nThis is an excellent opportunity for experienced solicitors who are commercially minded, confident in business development, and looking for a platform to further grow their practice within a supportive and reputable firm.\\n\\nPractice Areas of Interest\\n\\nThe firm is keen to speak with solicitors who have\\n \\n substantial experience\\n \\n in one or more of the following areas:\\n\\nEmployment Law\\n\\nImmigration Law\\n\\nCompany Commercial Law\\n\\nKey Requirements (Essential)\\n\\nTo be considered, candidates\\n \\n must\\n \\n meet the following criteria:\\n\\nMinimum of 8 years’ PQE\\n \\n as a qualified solicitor\\n\\nProven experience practising in\\n \\n Employment Law, Immigration Law and/or Company Commercial Law\\n\\nDemonstrable ability to\\n \\n generate new business\\n \\n and develop client relationships\\n\\nA strong commercial mindset and the confidence to work autonomously\\n\\nA track record of delivering high-quality legal advice to clients\\n\\nPlease note: applications from candidates with less than 8 years’ PQE will not be considered.\\n\\nThe Opportunity\\n\\nChoice of\\n \\n employed role or consultancy arrangement\\n\\nRemote working\\n \\n with flexibility and autonomy\\n\\nAccess to an established brand, systems, and support\\n\\nCompetitive and attractive remuneration structures (depending on model)\\n\\nOpportunity to further build and expand your own practice within a respected firm\\n\\nIdeal Candidates\\n\\nThis role will particularly suit senior solicitors who:\\n\\nHave an existing or developing client following\\n\\nAre looking for greater flexibility without compromising on quality or reputation\\n\\nWant to be part of a progressive firm that values entrepreneurial lawyers\\n\\nIf you are a\\n \\n senior solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE\\n \\n , proven business-development capability, and experience in\\n \\n Employment, Immigration or Company Commercial Law\\n \\n , we would welcome a confidential discussion
