Are you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant, Paralegal, or Legal Secretary with solid residential conveyancing experience? Our client, a well-established regional law firm, is expanding its property team in Uxbridge and is looking for a dedicated professional to support their busy conveyancing department.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting fee earners with a full range of residential conveyancing matters. You will be involved in day-to-day file management, client communication, and the preparation of essential legal documentation.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing support throughout the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion
- Preparing and drafting contracts, conducting searches, and managing enquiries
- Handling client updates and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with exchange and completion arrangements
- Managing Land Registry applications and post-completion paperwork
- Ensuring all case files and records are maintained to a high standard
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in residential conveyancing is essential – whether as an assistant, paralegal, or secretary
