We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing commercial and residential real estate company that manages a varied portfolio of residential developments across Essex.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Block Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential blocks and developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Block Manager or Residential Property Manager looking to join a professional property business where you will have responsibility for your own portfolio and develop strong relationships with leaseholders, residents, freeholders and contractors.
The Role
As Block Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of residential blocks across Essex and London, ensuring each development is well maintained, compliant and managed to a high standard.
