Our Client, an award-winning law firm, has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join their renowned Clinical Negligence team. This role offers the chance to work with a team recognized nationally as one of the best in its field, dedicated to supporting individuals impacted by substandard medical care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an annual marketing plan tailored to the Clinical Negligence department.
  • Collaborate with external digital agencies to plan and evaluate digital campaigns, including PPC, content marketing, and website performance.
  • Oversee and update the department's website pages, ensuring effectiveness and relevancy.
  • Create engaging content, including blogs, videos, and case studies, to enhance the team’s digital presence.
  • Manage social media strategies in partnership with the firm’s Social Media & Content Manager, including organic and paid campaigns.
  • Support PR efforts by identifying and sharing compelling media stories.
  • Foster and develop relationships with supported charities, arranging initiatives and events to raise the department’s profile.
  • Organize and manage departmental events, seminars, and conferences.
  • Assist with legal directory submissions, award entries, and departmental marketing budget planning.
  • Maintain and update the department's professional contact database.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven marketing experience: At least 5 years in a similar role, ideally within professional services.
  • Digital marketing expertise: Strong understanding of analytics, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Content creation skills: Ability to produce high-quality written and visual materials.
  • Interpersonal skills: Confident communicator capable of building relationships at all levels.
  • Organizational skills: Adaptable, able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
