A leading, highly regarded law firm in Leeds is looking to appoint a polished and personable Front of House Receptionist to become the face of their growing office. This is far more than a traditional reception role. The Opportunity
Acting as the first point of contact, you’ll take ownership of the front-of-house function, ensuring every client and visitor receives a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience. Working closely with the wider office team, you’ll help maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace while contributing to a high-performing, service-led culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all clients and visitors

About You

Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Comfortable using office systems and technology. The Role Details
Location: Leeds City Centre
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shifts: Between 8:00am – 5:30pm (rota-based)
Some flexibility required for occasional events or extended hours
