About Us: Lewis-Manning Hospice Care is a Dorset-based charity providing exceptional care to those with life-limiting illnesses. We rely on the community’s support to fund our services, as we only receive 12% NHS funding. Your help makes all the difference!
The Role: Are you enthusiastic and organised with a passion for community and business engagement? We’re looking for a Corporate Fundraiser to join our friendly team! You’ll play a key role in driving fundraising activities and building relationships with supporters to help raise vital funds for our hospice services.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage, support and help existing corporate partners to maximise income and develop new relationships with prospective corporate partners.
- Develop and grow corporate income and expand support for Lewis-Manning Hospice Care in line with the overall fundraising and hospice strategy.
- Work collaboratively with all LMHC departments to maximise opportunities.
- Support the greater fundraising team across a number of annual campaigns and events.
- Work closely with marketing to create relevant collateral and packages to appeal to corporates.
- Add value to corporate partners with bespoke solutions that address their needs.
- Educate the wider community in what we do and why we need their support.
- Encourage as many businesses as possible to sign up to our corporate membership model.
- Encourage businesses to sponsor our events and manage the sponsorship activity.
- Offer outstanding customer service to ensure that our corporate partners feel valued and can understand clearly the value that we are adding.
