Job Scope
We are currently looking for an Executive PA to join our team. This role is key in supporting the CEO and Board of Trustees.
What You’ll Be Doing
The role will be responsible for providing professional, comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the CEO including managing diaries, organising appointments, dealing with correspondence, preparing reports and papers, filing and writing minutes for senior level meetings. This varied role will see you undertaking research, proof reading, developing efficient systems and processes including Trustee recruitment and induction. Building positive internal and external relationships at all levels, this role will the ‘face’ of the organisation, being the first point of contact for many visitors to the hospice.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 2 years working in an office environment providing support for high level meetings, ideally with previous experience of working as a PA to senior staff members, you will have excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ideally with A level English or equivalent and RSA Stage 2, your proof reading and typing skills will be second to none.
Your ability to organise and prioritise your own workload and work collaboratively as part of a team will be outstanding and you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your attention to detail will be coupled with flexibility, which ensures that all business needs are met accurately and in a timely fashion. Your professional and caring approach is partnered with a focussed and committed attitude, making for a PA who will be an invaluable support to our CEO and her team.
This role may require you to travel on occasion to our satellite provisions across the county. We very much look forward to hearing from you and to the possibility of you joining our well respected, hardworking and dedicated team.
