About the job
An exiting opportunity for an experience technical professional to join our prestigious global client.

Monday to Friday, days based, salary up to 55k per annum plus 33 days holiday and the usual benefits.

KPI's of the role: Provide day-to-day technical leadership for the factory, ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety, quality, legal and customer requirements.

Have strong people management and leadership skills.

Possess strong technical strategic knowledge / leadership.

Own and maintain the site's HACCP system, ensuring it remains current, effective, and appropriately validated.

Ensure CCPs, CPs and associated monitoring systems are effectively implemented and verified.

Lead investigations into food safety incidents, deviations, and potential product contamination.

Maintain and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System.

Ensure appropriate specifications, procedures, work instructions, and quality standards are maintained.

Manage customer technical queries, complaints, and requests within agreed timescales.

Ensure effective management of allergen controls, including segregation, cleaning, labelling, and verification.

Maintain the site in a state of continuous audit readiness.
