Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice. Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney. Assisting with tax planning and wealth preservation matters. Advising a broad client base, including families, elderly clients and high-net-worth individuals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, professional contacts and third parties. Drafting legal documentation and correspondence accurately and efficiently. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Meeting billing, time recording and performance objectives. Assisting with business development initiatives and helping to strengthen existing client relationships. Qualified (PQE) Solicitor with experience specialising in Private Client matters. Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client work, including Wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, trusts and Court of Protection matters. Commercial awareness and an understanding of the importance of building and maintaining client relationships.
