An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fee Earner to join a busy Residential Property Department based in Crawley. This is a full-time position within a supportive team, reporting directly to the Senior Partner. You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for clients at all times.

Key responsibilities of the Conveyancing Solicitor include:

  • Managing a full residential property caseload from instruction to completion
  • Providing clear, accurate, and practical legal advice to clients
  • Ensuring all files are handled in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Liaising professionally with clients, solicitors, agents, and third parties
  • Drafting and proofreading legal documentation as required
  • Keeping files, records, and systems fully up to date and accurately maintained
  • Managing deadlines and ensuring all key dates are recorded in the diary system
  • Delivering excellent client service and maintaining high professional standards
  • Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Assisting colleagues and other fee earners when required
