Lewis Davey is recruiting a Land Consents Officer / Surveyor to work on power and rail infrastructure projects across Yorkshire and the North. You’ll help secure the land access and consents needed to carry out surveys and progress projects, with a focus on speaking with landowners and occupiers and understanding their concerns.
You’ll liaise with landowners and representatives to arrange access, negotiate terms, and support the preparation of land agreements and consents, working with surveyors
