Mid-Weight Creative Team (Copywriter leveraging cutting edge AI; strategic thinkers delivering award winning campaigns; expanding client relationships into new markets or services; and above all, independence from outside investors. The practice, its people and its campaigns have won many awards, including Cannes Lions, PRovoke Media, ICCO, European Excellence, PRCA Digital, Digital Impact, Global Digital Excellence. At the heart of our community is the TEAM LEWIS Foundation (TLF), a non-profit charitable entity. Since its launch in 2021, it has funded over 2,000 causes. It is one of the largest employee-directed philanthropies in the world. The TLF promotes a wide variety of social, cultural, and environmental causes that benefit society. Key responsibilities:

  • Creative hand over assets cleanly and clearly.
  • Participate in creative reviews, respond to feedback constructively, and iterate quickly.
  • Stay curious about culture, platforms and emerging formats; bring fresh ideas to the studio.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a mid-weight creative (copywriter/art director) within an agency or in-house team, with a strong portfolio.
  • Ability to generate campaign ideas as well as execute high-quality day-to-day creative.
  • Strong understanding of creative for digital-first channels (especially social).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Confident communicator who collaborates well across disciplines.
  • Strong concepting and headline-writing ability.
  • Ability to write for different audiences, including B2B/tech and/or consumer (depending on team needs).
  • Strong visual craft and layout skills.
  • Comfortable designing for social, web and campaign toolkits.
  • Experience working on integrated campaigns (PR + social + paid + digital).
  • Motion/animation awareness (After Effects) and/or basic video editing skills.
  • Experience working with tech, B2B, professional services or corporate brands.
  • Understanding of accessibility best practice in digital design and content.
