At the heart of the business is TEAM LEWIS Foundation. In January 2021, there was a need to respond to the challenges the COVID pandemic brought to communities and charitable organisations. TEAM LEWIS saw that support was crucial and change was needed to make that happen. Our local causes scheme was launched. Purpose of the role: To support the continued growth of TEAM LEWIS’ digital offer, the Creative and Tech team is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital projects across web, content and digital communications. The role is responsible for managing projects from brief to launch, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard, while building strong client and internal relationships throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from briefing and planning through to launch and optimisation.
- Lead project delivery across corporate and investor websites, campaign microsites, online annual reports and sustainability reports.
- Manage social and digital content retainers, ensuring deliverables are on track and aligned to client objectives.
- Act as the day-to-day client contact during project delivery, managing timelines, expectations and QA.
- Coordinate internal teams across design, development, content and account handling to ensure quality and efficient delivery.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, resource requirements and project risks, escalating where needed.
- Ensure project processes, QA and Service Level Agreements are met.
- Track project performance against agreed success criteria where relevant.
- Continuously review and improve delivery processes and ways of working.
- Support new business activity by contributing to proposals, scoping and client growth opportunities.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, platforms and user behaviour.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital project management within an agency or similar fast‑paced environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple digital projects concurrently from brief through to delivery.
- Strong experience delivering websites and digital content projects.
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of digital production processes, including design, development, QA and launch workflows.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules and scope changes.
- Good understanding of CMS platforms, web technologies and digital best practice.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and collaborative, with strong attention to detail.
