We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team in Worcester . This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various commercial premises. The ideal candidates will possess a keen eye for detail, a professional attitude, and experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning environments. All positions are paid, and training will be provided where necessary.

Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, and industrial sites
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to ensure a hygienic environment
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment
