You will work with the best of Cornwall’s seasonal ingredients, with a menu changing throughout the year to reflect what’s happening in nature around us. A full time position, so you can be secure and develop with us.

Key areas of work

Responsibilities in the kitchen will be dependent on job title and previous experience; however, attitude over experience is what matters to us most! If you are looking for a position in a busy kitchen by the sea, we would love to hear from you.

Please note, we can only consider applications for those eligible to work in the UK or that hold a valid UK work permit/visa for this vacancy.

All our hourly paid staff have their holiday pay paid to them via a 'rolled up' holiday pay scheme, whereby you are paid as you earn. The hourly rate will be paid alongside a 12.07% holiday entitlement each week.

This role does not come with accommodation.
