- Level 4 qualified (mandatory) and working towards Chartered status (preferred)
- Competent Adviser Status (CAS) (mandatory)
- 2 years minimum financial planning experience (mandatory)
Earnings: Employed (£50,000–£70,000 basic + bonus, with realistic earnings approaching £100k within two years) or self-employed (uncapped earnings, with a share of ongoing fees from the clients you service from day one).
Client bank: c. 80 established households representing c. £80 million of funds under management, transferred to you with a structured handover.
