ExCeL London, the home of world leading events, is enjoying a period of significant growth and is set to become Europe’s largest connected convention centre with the opening of a new extension in Spring 2025, increasing capacity by 25%. Purpose Of Role
- To develop the leadership of our team and inspire them to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
- Facilitate day-to-day operations to ensure that we are meeting expectations.
- Review performance and ensure delivery of departmental financial targets.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Supervise event staff, ensuring excellent service delivery.

- 3-5 years experience in Hospitality Management or demanding food environment preferred.
- Knowledge in event management within the hospitality sector.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
