We're looking for a dedicated and detail orientated Waiter to join our talented hospitality team at The Conduit - one of London’s leading private members’ clubs. This is an opportunity to deliver a friendly, attentive and knowledgeable service to members and guests in our purpose driven organisation. This is a dynamic role where you will work across different areas of the restaurant, supporting service, hosting, drinks and guest interaction — ensuring every experience is smooth, welcoming and memorable.
Birchwood at The Conduit, led by chef Will Devlin, is a brand-new cafe and wine bar that will bring a fresh, ingredient-led approach rooted in seasonality and sustainable sourcing. Expect bold, thoughtful dishes and a space designed for connection in the heart of Covent Garden.
Waiter - The Role- Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests and deliver attentive, efficient service
- Take accurate food and drink orders, including allergen awareness
- Recommend menu items confidently using strong product knowledge
- Monitor and enhance the guest experience, responding proactively to needs
- Handle billing and payments accurately
- Work flexibly across roles (service, hosting, drinks, coffee, etc.)
- Support daily operations including setup, closing, and maintaining clean, organised spaces
- Collaborate with team members and assist during busy periods
- Maintain high standards while following hygiene, licensing, and company procedures
- Uphold company values and contribute to a positive, professional environment
- Experience in a similar front of house or hospitality role preferred
