This is a dynamic role where you will work across different areas of the restaurant, supporting service, hosting, drinks and guest interaction - ensuring every experience is smooth, welcoming and memorable. Birchwood at The Conduit, led by chef Will Devlin, is a brand-new cafe and wine bar that will bring a fresh, ingredient-led approach rooted in seasonality and sustainable sourcing.
