Levy in the UK is seeking a General Manager to lead two racecourse sites (Nottingham & Market Rasen) in delivering outstanding guest experiences, staff leadership and commercial results. You will oversee a fixed core team with seasonal support from chefs, managers and front-line staff, ensuring safety, quality and consistent service on race days and non-race days.

You will stabilise operations, set high standards, coach managers and manage client relationships during a period of organisational change.
