Marketing Manager - based at Excel London

Salary: 45,000 per annum

Location: Excel London, E16

As Marketing Manager, you'll lead the marketing communications that power our food, drink and hospitality strategy across the venue - supporting everything from new product launches and seasonal campaigns to on-site branding and social content. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role that offers the chance to shape marketing activity across a diverse and fast-paced venue. It would suit a creative, commercially minded marketer with a genuine appreciation for food and a drive to make things happen - someone ready to take ownership and deliver real impact in a dynamic fast paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and delivering the annual marketing plan, including brand and menu launches, seasonal moments and sales activations
  • Leading creative campaign planning and ensuring operational teams are set up for success
  • Managing all visual branding across food and drink retail outlets and hospitality spaces
  • Creating and coordinating marketing collateral for both consumer and B2B audiences
  • Working closely with internal teams, venue partners, and stakeholders to plan and deliver engaging social media content - ensuring a joined-up, on-brand voice across channels and touchpoints
  • Coordinating content for digital screens across the venue, including menus, promotions and POS
  • Organising photo and video shoots to support campaign and sales objectives
  • Copywriting for websites, social, reports and sales presentations
  • Driving continuous improvement through performance tracking, insights and innovation
  • Collaborating with internal and client teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Working with creative agencies and managing supplier relationships as needed

Collaboration and partnership will be central to your success. You'll work hand-in-hand with Levy colleagues and Excel London stakeholders to ensure all activity is aligned, impactful and commercially effective.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing ideally within hospitality, food & drink, retail, or events
  • At least 1 year in a manager or standalone role with full project ownership
  • A strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing (ideal, not essential)
  • Confidence creating campaigns and marketing assets from concept to execution
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g. Canva, scheduling tools, analytics platforms)
  • A keen eye for great content and solid copywriting skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving venue environment
  • Collaborative approach and confident stakeholder management
