We are looking for a specialist HSE Manager to lead and support catering and environmental health & safety at Manchester United, arguably the world’s most storied football club. As HSE Manager you will ensure exceptional experiences for the 75,000 fans that visit the world-renowned stadium Old Trafford.

Health and Safety experts with a background in large-scale food and beverage and entertainment environments will thrive in this fast-paced and influential role.

Role
  • Own the management of health, safety and environment practices at Old Trafford Stadium.
  • Provide competent advice, guidance and support to operational teams to empower and enable them to deliver HSE responsibilities.
  • Undertake reactive and proactive monitoring of HSE including incident investigation, audits, inspections and analysis of performance data.
  • Support with onsite training and induction and facilitate the implementation of effective HSE standards.
  • Assist in the periodic programme of monitoring and auditing of compliance with relevant Compass Policies and Procedures.
