Senior C&E Operations Manager – The Role
- Playing a leading role in the delivery of first‑rate hospitality offering across conferences and events
- Alongside the Operations Manager, assist with the development and leadership of your team within Excel London
- Inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests
- Facilitating day‑to‑day clients and hospitality operations, ensuring that we are meeting expectations and consistently “Winning One Customer at a Time”
- Reviewing performance of hospitality for conferences and events and ensuring delivery of departmental financial targets
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a demanding food environment including retail, stand catering, and conferences and banqueting
- Experience of working with a client group
- P&L understanding
- Ability to lead others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to influence and operate at all stakeholder levels
