We're looking for a dedicated Senior Conference & Events Operations Manager to help lead the day‑to‑day delivery of catering services at Excel London – one of Europe’s largest and most successful venues, hosting some 400 events per year!

Senior C&E Operations Manager – The Role
- Playing a leading role in the delivery of first‑rate hospitality offering across conferences and events.
- Alongside the Operations Manager, assist with the development and leadership of your team within Excel London.
- Inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
- Facilitating day‑to‑day clients and hospitality operations, ensuring that we are meeting expectations and consistently “Winning One Customer at a Time.”
- Reviewing performance of hospitality for conferences and events and ensuring delivery of departmental financial targets.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a demanding food environment including retail, stand catering, and conferences and banqueting.
- Experience of working with a client group.
- P&L understanding.
- Ability to lead others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to influence and operate at all stakeholder levels.
