We're looking for a dedicated Senior Conference & Events Operations Manager to help lead the day‑to‑day delivery of catering services at Excel London – one of Europe’s largest and most successful venues, hosting some 400 events per year!

Senior C&E Operations Manager – The Role

  • Playing a leading role in the delivery of first‑rate hospitality offering across conferences and events.
  • Alongside the Operations Manager, assist with the development and leadership of your team within Excel London.
  • Inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
  • Facilitating day‑to‑day clients and hospitality operations, ensuring that we are meeting expectations and consistently “Winning One Customer at a Time.”
  • Reviewing performance of hospitality for conferences and events and ensuring delivery of departmental financial targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a demanding food environment including retail, stand catering, and conferences and banqueting.
  • Experience of working with a client group.
  • P&L understanding.
  • Ability to lead others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to influence and operate at all stakeholder levels.
