Levy UK & Ireland, in partnership with The Championships, Wimbledon, is seeking a Head of Culinary - Hospitality to lead the culinary operation across premium hospitality venues. You will own annual menu development, client tastings and live event delivery.
You will lead a 300+ strong kitchen brigade, develop talent, ensure food safety and cost control, and collaborate with clients and external partners to deliver outstanding guest experiences at The Championships.
