Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Catering Lounge Supervisor to lead the staff canteen operation on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). You will ensure high-quality food service, strong hygiene standards, and smooth day-to-day operations while leading and developing a motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily staff canteen operations, ensuring smooth service delivery
- Lead, train, and support kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Work with chefs to deliver varied menus, including dietary requirements
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and H&S compliance (HACCP standards)
- Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
- Support budgeting and cost control to drive efficiency
- Respond to staff feedback and maintain excellent service standards
- Coordinate staffing and service flow during peak/off-peak periods
- Support team development and performance management
- Introduce ideas to improve service and enhance staff experience

- Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to gain)
