We're looking for a passionate Bartender to join our talented hospitality team at The Conduit - one of London’s leading private members’ clubs. In this exciting Bartender role you will deliver high-quality drinks and engaging service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for members and guests. You will take ownership of the bar during service, ensuring drinks are prepared to a high standard, while contributing to a drinks offering that reflects seasonality, creativity and low-waste principles.
Bartender - The role:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks to a consistently high standard
- Deliver drinks with precision, strong presentation, and attention to detail
- Support a seasonal, ingredient-led, and low-waste cocktail approach
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the drinks list, including natural and low-intervention wines
- Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service at the bar
- Confidently recommend drinks and share the story behind products and producers
- Build rapport with guests, creating a welcoming and memorable bar atmosphere
- Ensure efficient bar operations, supporting both guests and the floor team
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar, including stock control and equipment care
- Follow all licensing, health, safety, and company standards while contributing to a collaborative team culture
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of cocktails and beverage service
