Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in both bar and coffee service, alongside a passion for exceptional customer experiences and team leadership in a fast-paced live entertainment environment. The successful candidate will have experience managing busy bar operations and café-style service, including knowledge of coffee preparation, drinks service, stock and cellar management, and leading front‐of‐house teams during high‐volume performances and events. They will play a key role in delivering welcoming, efficient, and high‐quality hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the delivery of bar and café operations to meet guest expectations during high‐volume performances and events.
Collaborating with venue teams to ensure seamless service workflow and quality standards.
Maintaining high standards of bar service, stock management, and cellar operations.
Supporting operational planning for events and ensuring team readiness.
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality operations, event management, or similar areas.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for guest experience and service excellence.
Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
