What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and planning a diverse portfolio of events from enquiry through to delivery.
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
- Collaborating with operational teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Preparing event documentation, function sheets, and operational briefs.
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Driving revenue opportunities through upselling and identifying additional client needs.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the events team.
- Ensuring events are delivered in line with Levy's high standards of service and hospitality.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, conference, or venue management.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Commercial awareness and a customer‑focused approach.
- Experience working within a large‑scale venue, conference centre, stadium, arena, or hospitality environment is advantageous.
- Passion, energy, and a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences.
