Managing and planning a diverse portfolio of events from enquiry through to delivery. Acting as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. Collaborating with operational teams to deliver seamless event experiences. Preparing event documentation, function sheets, and operational briefs. Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Driving revenue opportunities through upselling and identifying additional client needs. Supporting and mentoring junior members of the events team. Ensuring events are delivered in line with Levy's high standards of service and hospitality.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, conference, or venue management.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Commercial awareness and a customer‑focused approach.
- Experience working within a large‑scale venue, conference centre, stadium, arena, or hospitality environment is advantageous.
