Clydebuilt Bar & Kitchen is a premier dining and social venue located at the heart of the Scottish Event Campus. It serves as a popular spot for pre-gig meals, business lunches, and post-event drinks for concerts and conferences at the SEC, OVO Hydro, and SEC Armadillo.

Role Purpose

Lead the delivery of food and drink operations across the venue, ensuring high standards, seamless service, and an outstanding guest experience across retail, hospitality, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, efficient food and drink operations
  • Lead, motivate, and develop large teams
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive revenue while controlling costs and labour
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards
  • Support planning, setup, and execution of events

About You

  • Experience in high-volume, multi-site venues
