We are looking for an experienced Event Planner to join us at Molineux Stadium, home of Wolverhampton Wanderers.
More about the role:
- Liaising with clients to identify, propose and confirm all event catering requirements
- Planning the delivery with the site operations and wider team to include locations, timings and numbers whilst ensuring all catering requirements are effectively communicated
- Adhering to the Levy’s pricing policies to maximise catering revenues and identify upselling opportunities
- Administer all event related correspondence ensuring all contractual documents, deposits and final invoices are issued and paid according to company guidelines
- Be fully conversant with the details of the event and sales handover
- Establish and maintain good client relationships and regular contact, ensuring that there is comprehensive understanding of the client requirements
- Create full and concise Event Catering Proposals to ensure these are seasonally appropriate and the menu fits with the guests/delegate demographic
