Lead Events That Stop Play - On and Off the Pitch!

We're on the hunt for a supercharged Event Operations Manager to help us deliver slick, standout service across every inch of this world-class stadium. Reporting to the Head of Premium Operations, this role will manage the planning, delivery and reconciliation of all THFC (Football) and Third-Party (Concerts / NFL / Rugby / Other Sporting) event days.

During all match day and third-party event days, your responsibility will be managing the entire service delivery of the internal catering department with a focus on guest/client experience including club spaces, media and broadcast facilities and family and friends' areas. Think fast-paced. Think high energy. Think showtime.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Taking the operational lead on live event days - from Premier League thrillers to global concerts and everything in between
  • Owning the pre-event planning, event-day delivery, and post-event debriefs like a pro
  • Working closely with culinary, logistics, retail and premium teams to bring Levy's gold-standard service to life
  • Leading, motivating, and managing large teams under pressure (and with a smile!)
  • Ensuring every guest gets a five-star experience, whether they're grabbing a quick pint or enjoying fine dining in a box
  • Solving problems in real time, staying calm in the chaos, and thriving on the buzz of big moments
