ROLE PURPOSE: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Catering Manager for Dudley Zoo , to operate the business on a day-to-day basis ensuring designated operational areas are run professionally, efficiently and within budgetary guidelines, meeting and exceeding visitor expectation whilst supervising and developing staff.
Accountable to comply with Company policies and procedures.
This venue operates seven days per week and this role will involve working weekends, including Bank Holidays.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES: Complete accurate forecasting and reporting of financial data in accordance with set deadlines, consulting as necessary with Catering Operations Manager suggestions to improve profitability of area.
