ROLE PURPOSE
The Commis Chef plays an important role in supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the kitchen within a fast‑paced event and hospitality environment. Working closely with senior chefs, the role involves preparing ingredients, maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards, and assisting in the delivery of high‑quality dishes across live events, conferences, and exhibitions. Kitchen Operations
- Support senior chefs with food preparation and service across multiple kitchen sections.
- Maintain clean, organised, and efficient workstations at all times.

Event & Service Support
- Assist with catering for live events, conferences, exhibitions, and hospitality services.
