As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences at the ICC within the NEC. Working as part of a high‑performing kitchen brigade, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume events environment, requiring a passionate and organised chef who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for your section, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards.
  • Deliver high‑quality food across conferences, banqueting, and large‑scale events.
  • Maintain strict portion, waste, and stock control to support cost efficiency.
  • Ensure all dishes meet Levy brand standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation at all times.

  • Support and mentor Commis Chefs and junior team members.
