  • Commercial Analytics Manager - The Role
  • The Commercial Analyst & Support Manager is responsible for providing robust commercial analysis, evaluation and reporting on the venues and group performance in Revenue Management, Sales and overall Commercial indicators to enable the revenue management and sales teams to make informed and effective decisions.

Alongside working with our Operations and HR Teams to deliver a full 360 analytics approach.

  • To oversee the implementation process for Delphi and its integration into the business as a reporting platform for revenue, finance & sales reporting.
  • To report, analyse and present The Jockey Club Experiences performance from a Revenue, Sales & Finance perspective to senior management within the organisation.
  • Design & deliver impactful analysis based on robust economic, financial & statistical analysis.
  • To deliver daily, weekly, monthly commercial reporting within agreed framework to all key stakeholders in the business with relevant recommendations if appropriate.
  • Develop analytical models to evaluate the impact of different scenarios, assisting in the business decision making process.
  • Interact directly with the venue teams across the business, in order to deliver valuable business insight and highlight areas of opportunity.
  • Contribute towards developing, publishing & monitoring KPI's to measure success & efficiency.
  • Make tactical recommendations to improve the Revenue & Sales Team's performance based on KPI's & data analysis to continue to drive the business forward.
  • Act as the analysis & data expert, with full ownership of the management of Delphi including any business enhancements needed over time.
  • To support the central finance team in developing the annual budget model for the venues and provide historical revenue & profit performance to aid the decision-making process.
  • Attend Commercial reviews & any relevant meetings to present results & analysis to the Senior Leadership team & Venue teams as required.
