This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in both bar and coffee service, alongside a passion for exceptional customer experiences and team leadership in a fast-paced live entertainment environment. The successful candidate will have experience managing busy bar operations and café-style service, including knowledge of coffee preparation, drinks service, stock and cellar management, and leading front‑of‑house teams during high‑volume performances and events. They will play a key role in delivering welcoming, efficient, and high‑quality hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
