As a Back of House Porter at Twickenham Stadium, you will play a key role in preparing and setting up all catering facilities. This includes tasks involving heavy lifting and moving items to ensure everything is ready for events. You will perform a wide range of general and department-specific duties to support the seamless operation of the venue, meeting all contractual requirements. A key part of your role is to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, adhering to Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations at all times. Your efforts will contribute directly to creating a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for both staff and visitors.

- Manage kitchen operations and team in the absence of Senior Sous Chef, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Ensure food is cooked, served safely, and efficiently, following health and safety standards.
- Accept deliveries, monitor quality, minimize waste, and meet customer needs as requested.
