About the role:

As part of the Operations team, you would hold responsibility for the delivery of all food and drinks service across the campus. This will involve managing a team of people at high profile events within our retail, hospitality, and restaurant business. With focus on planning, presentation, and service excellence, ensuring all standards are achieved and that we deliver best in class operation that continues to evolve operationally and technologically.

Duties:

  • Foster strong relationships with venue clients through daily communication to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services, maintaining exceptional standards.
  • Motivate and inspire team members, adapting to dynamic client and customer needs.
  • Uphold and promote CSR, sustainability, equality, and diversity initiatives.
  • Manage ordering processes, delivery schedules, and venue readiness for events.
  • Maximize sales and control costs by driving spend per head (SPH) and minimizing wastage.
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance management to build a motivated and inclusive team.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and profit protection standards.
