Assistant Logistics Manager – Excel London

About the role:
- Responsible for running the logistic of all C&E functions for the company, within the venue.
- Responsible for every C&E function sets up & break down, and sharing all the needed information across the logistic team.
- Responsible alongside the Back of House manager, to manage the picklist procedures, liaising with the operation team, report shortages and offer alternative solutions.
- Responsible alongside the Back of House manager for carry out a quarterly CCG stocktake, report, and justify any discrepancies.
- Responsible for the equipment rental volume, liaise with supplier for delivery and collection dates according with event set up deadlines.
- Responsible for any equipment hired returns or collection, informing the head of department of any possible losses.
- Take all necessary actions to reduce the breakage of China and Glassware.
- Attending events planning meetings once requested
- Report any maintenance issue within the company venue areas to the Facility Manager or Head of Logistics.
- Supporting the head of department to produce the department ROTA, once requested.
- Follow and improve operating and cleaning procedures together with the head of BOH and Back of House manager.
