About The Role
We are looking for a detail-focused and customer-driven Assistant Internal Operations Manager to deliver exceptional VIP and showcase events at Excel London. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage high-profile events, working closely with clients, chefs, operational teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure every experience exceeds expectations. You'll oversee multiple event spaces, support small teams, and deputise for the Internal Events Operations Manager when required.
What You'll Do
- Lead the delivery of VIP and showcase events.
- Manage multiple event spaces and small event teams.
- Work closely with culinary and operational teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through guest feedback and attention to detail.
About You
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or events operations.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for service excellence.
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience delivering premium hospitality or VIP events is desirable.
