We\’re looking for a Premium Duty Manager with a passion for luxury hospitality to ensure the smooth delivery of food and beverage within premium bars and lounges at The O2 Arena. Using your expert commercial bar and catering knowledge and proactive outlook, you\’ll play a key role in providing an exceptional guest experience at world‐class live concerts and entertainment events in London.

Premium Duty Manager – the role
Always striving for first‐class catering product and service for our clients and customers
Planning and delivering of the food and beverage service within high‐end bars and lounges including special events
Exceeding guest expectations by meeting high operating standards and effective bar team leadership and management
Managing business needs and performance standards in line with the Core Signatures guidelines, Client Service Level Agreements and KPI\’s
Leading operations for special events in collaboration with the sales team
What we\’re looking for
A background working in dynamic hospitality environment
Great interpersonal skills – approachable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to lead and inspire
An enthusiastic, open, and motivated mindset
Previous experience in a Duty Manager/Bar Manager role in a premium/luxury hospitality setting
Previous experience in Events Management is a bonus!
