Role Overview: As People & Culture Manager, you’ll be pivotal in driving our people strategy at HRI. You’ll work closely with the GM and department heads to create an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture. From recruitment and onboarding to training, employee engagement, and wellbeing, you’ll ensure Levy is a place where people thrive while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive HR and people management support to all departments, coaching and advising on best practices.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, induction, and development programs to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Drive engagement initiatives, reward & recognition programs, and wellbeing strategies.
  • Support performance management, personal development plans, and career growth opportunities.
  • Partner with the GM and key clients to strengthen relationships and enhance operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards, supporting audits and improvement initiatives.
