Overall Purpose: The Operations Planning Administrator at Levy UK&I co-ordinates all menu signage and ensures it fully aligns with allergen data so we remain fully compliant. This role requires strong allergen knowledge, meticulous attention to detail and clear communication with our culinary team, clients, and event planners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce daily menus, tent cards and event signage based on event requirements.
- Pull data from the Event Management system to enable menu production.
- Work closely with Culinary to maintain accurate allergen information and identify cross-contamination risk.
- Communicate and support our Food Steps sustainability process.
- Ensure allergen labelling is compliant and kept up to date.
- Manage our digital menu media platform and electronic tent card system.
- Provide on-site support for menu collateral distribution.
- Maintain stock levels of signage materials.
- Work with our Graphic Designer to create/update menu templates.
Skills Required:
- Experience in catering / food service in a similar role.
- Strong allergen, dietary and food safety knowledge.
- Confident communicator with very high attention to detail.
- Highly organised, strong MS Office skills (Event Management systems desirable).
- Collaborative, solutions-focused and able to work accurately to completion.
Other:
- Lead by example and act as a company ambassador.
- Flexible working patterns in line with business needs, including occasional evenings/weekends.
- Support the wider management team as required.
