Role Overview: As People & Culture Manager, you'll be pivotal in driving our people strategy at HRI. You'll work closely with the GM and department heads to create an inclusive, engaging, and high‐performing culture. From recruitment and onboarding to training, employee engagement, and wellbeing, you'll ensure Levy is a place where people thrive while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive HR and people management support to all departments, coaching and advising on best practices.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, induction, and development programs to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Drive engagement initiatives, reward & recognition programs, and wellbeing strategies.
  • Support performance management, personal development plans, and career growth opportunities.
  • Partner with the GM and key clients to strengthen relationships and enhance operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards, supporting audits and improvement initiatives.
