Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service, exceptional standards, and a visible, hands-on floor presence.
  • Bring beverage menus to life by supporting new concepts and ideas from the Director of Bars & Beverage, encouraging creativity from the bar team.
  • Deliver outstanding member and guest experiences by building relationships, recognising regulars, and anticipating preferences.
  • Inspire, train and develop the team through ongoing coaching, SOPs, and performance standards - driving confidence, upselling and service excellence.
  • Act as a Conduit ambassador, building strong internal relationships and representing the brand with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage stock, EPOS accuracy and inventory controls, working closely with F&B and Purchasing to optimise par levels and beverage costs.
  • Support labour planning and financial controls, ensuring staffing levels align with business needs and all cash procedures are followed.
  • Champion Health & Safety, hygiene and compliance, maintaining immaculate FOH/BOH spaces and adhering to licensing and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in high-end, high-volume bars, restaurants or clubs, with confident floor leadership.
  • Passionate about beverages, mixology and delivering standout guest experiences.
  • A natural leader with strong people skills, able to build trust and motivate teams at every level.
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal), calm under pressure and solutions-focused.
  • Operationally strong, with working knowledge of EPOS systems, stock control and service standards.
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety and compliance in a hospitality environment.
  • A true team player who takes ownership, welcomes feedback, and leads with accountability.
  • Values-led and aligned with The Conduit’s mission — inclusive, professional, well-presented, and committed to creating positive impact every day.
